| What should I do if I think my unit is affected by the recall? |

| If your unit's model number is included in the list of products affected by the recall, there are a few steps you need to take to verify. |

| #1 : We recommend you to turn off your unit and unplug it from the power source. |
|
| #2 : Go to the Is it My Unit? section online or call us at 1-866-279-0088. Whether you go online or call us directly, you will need to have your model #, serial number# (both located on the back of your unit) and identify which type of base either solid or vented your product has. |
